Direct Response Marketing

When we discuss marketing we are in fact talking about relationships. We know that the favorable relationships are based on regular contact using a variety of different methods. We call our friends; send cards and flowers to our wives, and employ many other ways of demonstrating our love and affection to the people who we care about. When setting out to develop a successful Marketing Campaign we need to follow this same line of thought.

People who call themselves marketers in todays world understand that the primary purpose of any advertising is to get a response. It is to attract qualified prospects that, by using other marketing methods, can be converted to customers. It follows therefore that the more prospects that one can attract, the better the chances are that a customer base will increase. No matter what size, all businesses have to accomplish this same goal. How they achieve that goal is what differentiates the successful ones from the not so successful ones.
